I had a very good experience with Trini (salesperson) and Estevan, who went over the car's technology with me. I appreciate it when a salesperson doesn't make me feel pressured to make a decision and I felt Estevan, who went over the car's technology with me. I appreciate it when a salesperson doesn't make me feel pressured to make a decision and I felt that Trini was respectful of that. If I had to complain about anything it would be the long wait to get all the financing in order. It may have just been a busy day for sales as it was Memorial Day. My husband and I came in at 10:30 AM, took care of business with Trini, and didn't get out of there until 1:30 PM! I was committed to buying the car so it was worth the wait, but on a normal day, I may have scrapped the whole idea. More
