Sophie, I am truely sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. I very much appreciate your return business and the referal to Casey. We are not perfect but we make a constant effort to improve at every turn. I did want to clear up any misunderstanding with your fist statement. We are a full disclosure store and very proud of it. We do not sell any vehicle without diclosing an accident. In this particular case the accident was also disclosed prior to the purchase. Casey the buyer on the deal did in fact sign the car fax acknowledging the accident. I regret that my sales person and your friend Trini may have taken for granted your relationship. Well as far as the responce fr Mr Espinoza, whom Casey and I never spoke with or met I was the second buyer on the sales aggreement, and another thing that I must mention is how slow the dealership was at get us OUR warranty money back to us, it was such a joke we had to call the dealersihp on sooo many different ocations to no resopnce finnally we giot our check on 07/27/2011 somthiing that should have taken no less than one buissness day, I will not recommend anyone that I know to do business with Bever Toyota.
