ABQWest, I have read both your reviews and find them to be accurate and true. Prior to us speaking I was brought up to speed my multiple individuals in regards to your concerns. I knew the extra key was being made as promised on the We Owe. The dent on the door(I believe) was not on the We Owe; however, Jack Jason was helpful in letting me know that he remembered it being discussed. Up to this point everything was flowing ok without us meeting, with the exception of someone in service telling you that you would be responsible for the programming of the key and of course the shorted payoff. The programming cost I was told was up setting you, but not nearly as much as the request of the shorted payoff. I told Rodney we will take care of the programming and he went on his way. The programming by the way was always part of the WE OWE. Another employee who appraised me of the situation told me "She hates us, all of us" and she wants us to pay the shorted payoff. This is when you where brought to my office. I usually listen carefully and take notes and let upset customers vent and chew on me as needed until I am given a chance to speak; however, with to much information starting this conversation and hearing the tone of your voice and total dissatisfaction with our company I did in fact get defensive and started to speak over you and of course as you accuratly wrote it plummeted from there. I am sorry how our meeting went and as I said I found your review to be accurate and true. I would have done so much better having no information in this particular case. Sincerly, Buddy Espinosa
