Brent Buell handled the purchase of my 2008 Kia Sedona above and beyond any car purchase I ever made. He made purchasing my mini van an easy, painless process and was so friendly and accommodating and most important honest. I found the Sedona on-line and contacted the dealer late Saturday night. Brent called me on Sunday which surprised me as most dealers are closed on Sunday. He happened to be working that Sunday and took the time to respond to my inquiry. I was very interested in the vehicle and Brent said he would try and get back to me that day to view the vehicle. He called me back as promised and told me that he had been busy and would not be able to see me that day, and asked would tomorrow be ok. I am disabled and would be hard for me to get to the dealer as I did not have a vehicle to use, so Brent brought the vehicle to me to see! Brent let me test drive the Sedona. It was exactly as described on the net and even better than what I expected. I decided I wanted to buy it. I had a special issue, Brent made a phone call, received an ok and brought me to the dealership to complete the purchase. Within 2 hours I drove away with my mini-van. Jack Jason, Business Manager handling credit was wonderful in handling my needs and questions with financing. We are both from the NYC area and I felt a connection with him and much at ease. He was excellent in taking care of my financing details and he too made the process a pleasure. I feel he went above and beyond in customer service. In my opinion, Brent Buell was truly a great salesperson and showed genuine interest in my situation and made it possible to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I wanted a mini-van so that I can convert it with a ramp for my power wheelchair, and he made it possible. Jack Jason smoothed out the purchase. In all my car purchases over the years, this was the best experience I have ever had and I am very happy I went to Beaver Toyota for my business. I recommend them highly, as well as Brent Buell and Jack Jason. Further to the purchase, I have received a phone call from Beaver if I was satisfied. I also had a question about the van conversion which Brent answered me on. I also had an issue that I wanted to have checked out and Brent followed thru and helped me with. Definitely, visit this dealership in your purchase of a used or new car. Great customer service and sales and staff with the customer's best interest in mind. More

As a moderately unsavy female buying a used car, I approach used car dealers with a lot of trepedation. But my experience with Joe Anchondo at Beaver Toyota was wonderful. Had been looking for a new pickup for a while. Narrowed the search down between a Tundra and an F-150. Price was a big concern, but reliability was also a major factor. Had seen a new 2012 Tundra that fit the bill on the Beaver Toyota web site and the advertised price was interesting, but too high. I'm not usually one to do this, but n a whim I clicked the 'Get your WOW price' just to see what they would come back with. I got an e-mail price quote and a phone call from Brent in what seemed like just a matter of minutes. Turns out Brent was off sick that day but still gave me a call. I told Brent he would have to make my drive north through Albuquerque, past another Toyota dealer, worth my while and he said he would. On Saturday my wife and I headed north, and stopped at the ABQ Toyota dealer to check out a slightly used 2011 Tundra. They tried hard to sell us the 2011, but just couldn't come up with the price we wanted. So we proceeded up to Beaver Toyota and met Brent. He had the Tundra we were interested in sitting right outside his office, ready for an inspection and test drive. After a test drive we went in to talk price. They came up with a price, we countered and they accepted. Next thing we know we were in doing the final paperwork with Jack in Finance. Jack couldn't have been nicer, making sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the way. Now we have a brand new 2012 Tundra (Grade) in our driveway, for less than the ABQ dealer wanted for a 2011 SR5 model. I would definitely recommend Beaver Toyota and Brent to anyone. They had the model we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. No extras that we didn't want to pay for. More

What started out as a "possible" car buying option turned into a dream come true for our family. We were taken in as family and treated like royalty. I wanted a 2009 Toyota that they had for sale. Another customer wanted it but backed out. They called me again and made the sale. I have been bringing my Prius to Beaver for service and maintenance for 5 years. I always received a survey via e-mail after my experience, except for the latest appointment (1/25). I made the appointment the previous night, telling them what I needed. When I brought the car in at 8:30, I again told them what I needed/wanted. One reason for bringing the car in was to get the windshield washers replaced. I was told the car would be done at 3 or 3:30. At 3:40 I received a call asking about replacing the washers. I said go ahead. Well, it turns out that there were none in stock. Am I to understand that at 9 AM a call could not have been placed to Albuquerque to get the part? Obviously the repair was never done. I was very disappointed in the quality of the service department. I believe they were aware of this, as they never asked me to complete a survey. Unfortunately there is not a quality Toyota dealer anywhere near me, so I've been taking it to Beaver. I am going to have to rethink this strategy in the future. The car wasn't finished until 5 PM-2 hrs past the expected time. Do you only send surveys when the customer is very happy? No wonder you get such good reviews. More
