We all like the car, but did not realized we were not exactly thrilled with it. Steve showed us a couple toyotas, brought up some important key points about what Toyota had to offer over other manufactures and I could sense we were not done shopping. Steve courtesly offer us some water and time to think over things. My husband no stranger to auto shopping, this being his 6th new vehicle purchase. He knew how to deal, but thanks to Steve the process of purchasing a new beautiful toyota was pleasant, fair, and great learning experience for my daughter. Steve spoke to my 19 year daughter in respectful manner as she negotiated and asked many questions. He acknowledge my 15 year old with humor and included her in the purchasing process. My husband and I are greatful for the professional and family like customer service that Steve offered. We all are so THRILLED with our new Toyota car. :) More

We had to buy a new pick-up. Tania was wonderful, but so was Pico when I bought my RAV4. We feel that we were treated very fairly, with consideration, and that we received value for our money (very important). Sandra Navarro was extremely helpfu with the financial matters and nobody tried to give us the hard sell or to argue wih our decisions. We trust the folks at Beaver Toyota and that says a lot considering the rep. car dealers have. We absolutely recommend this dealership and the people there for sales, repair, and advice. More

I have dealt with Brent for several cars ( new) in the past year and a half. He takes care of business fast. The last one I bought was the best experience yet. Everyone there is nice, and also I need to mention Sandra Navarro, she is cool, period. What a nice experience. Whatever Brent gets paid, needs to be more. One thing missing ( or rare) in todays society is good customer service, and thats what you get from Brent and Sandra, and Beaver in general. I choose to do business with folks like that.
