They were great. Gary was super friendly and made sure everything was in order, calling me even after he had sold the car. I was very impressed. The only issue was that some pieces (ash tray, radio) were everything was in order, calling me even after he had sold the car. I was very impressed. My husband and I have owned the same two Toyotas, a Highlander and a RAV 4, that we drive back and forth from New Mexico to Virginia by various routes depending on the time of year for ten years (the H Highlander and a RAV 4, that we drive back and forth from New Mexico to Virginia by various routes depending on the time of year for ten years (the Highlander) and eight years (the RAV 4). We have also driven our many East Coast and foreign visitors around the Southwest in one or the other of our Toyotas almost every year during this time. Because of the excellent care, service, and integrity that we have received from Ray Achondo and his group, we hold all major servicing for our return to New Mexico. Ray's care and honesty in dealing with us over the years has been exceptional! THANK YOU! More

Beaver Toyota investigated and fixed at no charge an intermittent vehicle skid control safety issue on my 2002 Sequoia. Troubleshooting revealed a possible cause from improper fastening of DVD electroni intermittent vehicle skid control safety issue on my 2002 Sequoia. Troubleshooting revealed a possible cause from improper fastening of DVD electronics near a skid control sensor, which was previously done by a non-Toyota shop. Another Toyota dealer had originally sold me this 2002 Sequoia new, with the after-factory-installed DVD system as part of the Toyota deal, because that dealership did not have a Sequoia on their lot with a factory DVD. The same issue has been under a Toyota recall since about 2010 for 2003 model year Sequoias. Unexpected skid control and uneven braking problems on Sequoias for model years near to 2003 have been reported by owners on various websites. More

We were exhausted from car shopping all day at Santa Fe and had a car already picked out a car from another manufature about month ago. We all like the car, but did not realized we were not exactly thrilled with it. Steve showed us a couple toyotas, brought up some important key points about what Toyota had to offer over other manufactures and I could sense we were not done shopping. Steve courtesly offer us some water and time to think over things. My husband no stranger to auto shopping, this being his 6th new vehicle purchase. He knew how to deal, but thanks to Steve the process of purchasing a new beautiful toyota was pleasant, fair, and great learning experience for my daughter. Steve spoke to my 19 year daughter in respectful manner as she negotiated and asked many questions. He acknowledge my 15 year old with humor and included her in the purchasing process. My husband and I are greatful for the professional and family like customer service that Steve offered. We all are so THRILLED with our new Toyota car. :) More

I am also grateful that you helped me with a color choice and encouraged me to get the navigation package, What a dream to have a back up camera! The best part of our transaction was your willingness to take whatever time it took to answer everyone of my dozens of questions about the new technology. One day after I had had the car for a month, when I stopped by Beaver Toyota Parts Department, I ran into you and you offered to give me more tutelage about my bluetooth phone connection and the navigation package.
