For the most part, he did have the knowledge and made everything happen so quickly without any hassle. He drove 3 and 1/2 hours for delivery of the vehichle ON A SUNDAY. Now that is over and above excellent customer service. I know he will excel and do great. Happy Experience Worth Repeating Brent Buell worked patiently with me for over a year. When I first began considering purchasing a new vehicle, there were so many questions about so Brent Buell worked patiently with me for over a year. When I first began considering purchasing a new vehicle, there were so many questions about so much. I was totally not ready to make such a large purchase. It was suggested that Brent and I would work well together. Ok. I'm not sure about anything let alone a salesman at a car dealership whose bread and butter is making the sale. Well. That is absolutely not what happened with Brent. I was straight up about not being in the market for a car - that I was just gathering information. Brent suggested leasing instead of purchasing. That was a suggestion I had never considered. He is very knowledgeable about his product and forthcoming with information. Mostly he treated me like I had a brain!!! When I was ready to consider a vehicle - I did my comparison shopping and came right back to Brent Buell at Beaver Toyota. Brent listened patiently to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle.
