Happy Experience Worth Repeating Brent Buell worked patiently with me for over a year. When I first began considering purchasing a new vehicle, there were so many questions about so Brent Buell worked patiently with me for over a year. When I first began considering purchasing a new vehicle, there were so many questions about so much. I was totally not ready to make such a large purchase. It was suggested that Brent and I would work well together. Ok. I'm not sure about anything let alone a salesman at a car dealership whose bread and butter is making the sale. Well. That is absolutely not what happened with Brent. I was straight up about not being in the market for a car - that I was just gathering information. Brent suggested leasing instead of purchasing. That was a suggestion I had never considered. He is very knowledgeable about his product and forthcoming with information. Mostly he treated me like I had a brain!!! When I was ready to consider a vehicle - I did my comparison shopping and came right back to Brent Buell at Beaver Toyota. Brent listened patiently to what I needed and wanted in a vehicle. He suggested the 2015 RAV-4. Great suggestion!!! I am in love with my new RAV-4!!! It is the perfect car for me. He was very helpful and explained the safety features of my new vehicle as well as helping program and explain the operation of the new audio system in my new Tacoma. He presented me with a deal that I could not pass up, which promted me to make the (4) four hour drive to Santa Fe, NM from Silver City, NM!!! Even though we have a Toyota Dealership here in Silver City, I was more comfortable dealing with Brent.
