Purchase was a great experience, title work not so much If you are buying from outside of NM, expect to not get your registration quickly... Our purchase was very easy - they did not remove the Toyota of S If you are buying from outside of NM, expect to not get your registration quickly... Our purchase was very easy - they did not remove the Toyota of Santa Fe decal as requested, but I was very satisfied with everything else. I have been waiting for 1 and 1/2 months for my registration to be completed and I still do not have it and have no timeline on when I should expect it. My father-in-law purchased a vehicle from a Farmington dealer the same day and had his vehicle registered two weeks after purchase. Needless to say I am feeling extremely frustrated and I really do not feel like anyone is helping resolve my issue. More

It was worth the 215 mile drive. From my initial contact by phone with salesman Robin Rider at Toyota of Santa Fe, I received fantastic service. I feel Robin and the rest of the gang really care about their customers. Everyone there made sure I was happy. Robin made sure I knew to call him any time with any questions about my new Highlander; and I have called him. He always seems pleased to hear from me. Robin even called me the next day to be sure I got home OK. I have never experienced this type of service from a dealership. I feel like I have a new friend. I have been telling everyone I know if they are looking for a vehicle to see Robin. Driving to Santa Fe was definitely worth the drive! More
