We had purchased a vehicle there before and had a great experience, but wanted to give both a chance. We ended up going back to Toyota of Santa Fe and working with Trini. He was very responsive, great to work with and had us in a vehicle in less than 4 hours from our first email conversation. We sav a couple thousand dollars in the process as well. He had it detailed for us twice (a stripe on the roof was missed the first time) and really went out of his way to ensure a tiny dent on the hood was rectified. We came to purchase this truck, but Brent helped us to get a good deal on a Tacoma 4x4 truck that was a better value for the dollar. He negotiated a fair price and included a receiver hitch that we had forgotten when we switched vehicles. The receiver hitch was in-stock and was installed when we came to take delivery of the Tacoma. Great service! Brent is our go-to guy and we will not be willing to do business with anyone else.
