I worked most closely with Michael, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle whether you are a first time buyer or not. He is kind, respectful, personable, and is truly interested in finding a good match for you. When I visited other dealerships in Santa Fe, I felt very pressured and almost attacked by the salesmen. This was far from the case at Toyota of Santa Fe. Michael listened to my concerns about purchasing a vehicle, test drove a few with me and my mother based on my interests, told me the benefits vs drawbacks of each one, and did not try to push me in one direction or another. He gave us space to consider our options, and honestly spent hours with us over the course of two days while we hashed out the details. I ended up with the perfect fit for me. The service at Toyota of Santa Fe is so remarkable that my mother (who lives in Florida) decided that when she is ready for a new car, she will make a trip here because she finds the staff so honest and kind.
