They provide a courtesy shuttle, and both drivers are so nice. They have been with this business for years, so getting a ride from them is very pleasant. Terrible recent service experience after many years as a customer. Brought in because the heater wouldn't turn off. They didn't fix that problem and instead charged us over 2K for a bunch of other things, i customer. Brought in because the heater wouldn't turn off. We called to resolve, and all we got were defensive excuses and the promise of a call from manager that never came. Still haven't heard back. We just feel cheated. More
