Thank you Justin who gave me a real answer that avoided more long term expense to keep my car working. After a horrible experience with another dealer giving me advise to do something that could have tota more long term expense to keep my car working. After a horrible experience with another dealer giving me advise to do something that could have totally ruined my car as part of a “diagnosis “, I researched Google and had am understanding of the possible causes and methods of repair. Justin listened and actually agreed that there are less expensive options that had the potential to fix the problem (although not a guarantee), he guided me through the process and made me feel safe to drive until I could get in to his dealer to fix it. He could have tried to guide me towards a path that would have caused me to spend more but he had my needs and budget in mind and in turn he has made my family a trusting long time customer who will be happy to refer more business. I have changed dealerships and will be scheduling maintenance for my Vehicle exclusively At this dealer. I met Tom also who listened and empathized and pleasantly acted like you would want when buying a new car - patient, empathetic, actually LiSTeNED without rushing and I’m sure if my next car is destined to be another Toyota I’ll be buying from this dealer. It was a pleasure to come on and actually be cared for, no pressure with smiles. Everyone there was also stress free and COVID compliant. Loved the quiet comfortable waiting room that had Wifii so I could work while I waited. GREAT DEALERSHIP - THANKS!! More

These guys are fantastic. I bought my truck here and returned for service and everything else. Toyota is a great brand but this dealership really cares like a neighborhood shop. On my third dealer provided service for my 2019 Tacoma I asked Chris, my service rep to look at a possible battery charge problem. Chris listened to my description of the problem and had the mechanic check asked Chris, my service rep to look at a possible battery charge problem. Chris listened to my description of the problem and had the mechanic check for a faulty battery. Indeed, the battery was faulty (not holding a charge), Chris had it replaced under warranty .... problem solved. Thank you Santa Barbara Toyota , thank you Chris. More

Tod was outstanding in helping us today.We asked Tod if it would be possible to have the car done in an hour and a half because we had no transportation and we are elderly. He had 2 people working on it. I it would be possible to have the car done in an hour and a half because we had no transportation and we are elderly. He had 2 people working on it. It was done even before an hour and a half.Tod even helped my husband down the steps. Now,that's service! We have never been disappointed with the service at Toyota. More
