We told them exactly the car we wanted but they still are trying to sell us something else. Harassing constant phone calls. Calling us everyday for a car we don’t want. Worst possible car salesmen. The customer service was great!!! But the facility/building in itself was subpar. This place is a poor representation of the Toyota brand. The building is old, dirty, and dingy. I was appalled by the service advisors’ working space or lack thereof. The owners need to improve conditions for its employees and take more pride in this building/business.
