Your service takes 2+ hours for a 27 point inspection. My 15,000 mile check was 2.5 hours. At the end I was told I needed a new tire as it was unrepairable. There are a lot of things I love about this place. First, it is very clean even the bathroom. Second, it spacious - a lots of tables and chairs around.
