10k mark-up hidden as port installed accessories. They won’t negotiate on price. I put down 10k in downpayment and my balance was still the total price of the vehicle. The sales person calls their manager on the phone and lets you hear their scripted conversations about how they can’t bring down the price and can’t do other things. Once the call is over they look at you like”see idiot we can’t bring down the price dummy”. My god they push their mobile app to get you to pay for more services. They make sure to remind you that you aren’t the only person looking at this vehicle and they could sell it at a higher price to other people. They make you feel poor. Also the 30k car that is now 40k+ with a 10k downpayment the monthly charge is still $720?! I put the values in different car payment calculators and it doesn’t add up. More
