Tuan, Nathan and the whole crew there made is super easy to understand and the whole process was a lot smoother than I had ever expected. By the end I was happy and confident with my new truck. Cheee hooo!!!!! I wanted a manual transmission, had been looking for a while. Thought I had found one a day earlier, an hour before I was to go get it got a text (not a phone call mind you) stating it had been sold. I had spoken to Tuan about 2 weeks earlier and he had told me about a manual Tacoma sport he had, it was a sport and not an off-road but it was 6 speed. I had forgotten all bout this. It came up in an online search, the day after losing the sale at the other Toyota dealer.. Met with Tuan that day and he made my wish for a new truck come true. Nathan helped me understand the warrantees and finances. They were all patient, understanding and personable. There is years of experience, knowledge, passion and wisdom at your disposal. I am a retired U. S. Marine so i don't have time or patience for xx. I was pleasantly surprised at how well everyone new what was needed and took care of it with the least amount of hassle, I never would have expected it. Within hours I had keys in my hand and a new truck at my disposal. Tuan was going over the in cabin accessories, iPhone input and app settings etc. I was in the drivers seat, at the end I tried handing him the keys back (I thought I needed to wait a day or two for paperwork) all he said was it's your truck now drive it home and enjoy. Thank you to everyone who had a hand in taking care of me from the sales manager to the regional manager, especially Tuan and everyone on the floor at San Bernardino Toyota. Because of this no matter where I end up in the world if I have or need a Toyota concern I will call them. Lastly and maybe most import is I am an ASE certified mechanic and have been for 40 plus years, so I do have knowledge and a passion for vehicles of all types. More
