service department I towed my Toyota Prius C to be checked on Thursday because it was saying check hybrid system. I had told mark that the lights, ac, are working but it I towed my Toyota Prius C to be checked on Thursday because it was saying check hybrid system. I had told mark that the lights, ac, are working but it does not run, on Friday he called me and said that the car has water in the engine, I ask him how can that happen?, did you guys check the batery and he said I don’t know we need to check it but is going to be until Tuesday, I did not get an answer until Wednesday telling me that the coolant was mix with the oil and the coolant container was full, that it needs a new engine and is $4500, that they cannot check the hybrid system until I replace the engine, the car was towed back to my address and when I checked it it was totally dead with the windows down. Looks like they disconnect the batery and they did not connected again. I don’t think they really know what they doing. I haad purchased a new hybrid car in this dealership three months ago that is why I took my car there for repair but I don’t think they know how to fix a hybrid cars even if is a toyota car.. I’m definitely not going there anymore not even for oil change. More
