Never ending day I had to wait almost 2 hours after I was told the truck was done because the keys got misplaced. Toyota Highlander purchase Purchased a Toyota Highlander 2019 and was told by the salesman that it would be equipped with apple car play when it was not. After the purchase we a Purchased a Toyota Highlander 2019 and was told by the salesman that it would be equipped with apple car play when it was not. After the purchase we asked to have it set up and the salesman said he didn’t know how to and that most of them just use YouTube. Once I searched the internet I found out the car did not have apple car play. Talked to the customer service manager and was not offered anything in return for the huge mess up on their end and just suggested helping with the set up with Bluetooth. Not very happy in the end!!!!! Would not recommend this Toyota to friends and family. More
