THEY CRASHED MY CAR Dropped my car off to get the head lamps check. Then like 5 mins after they call me to come back because their porter rammed my driver side door with Dropped my car off to get the head lamps check. Then like 5 mins after they call me to come back because their porter rammed my driver side door with ANOTHER CUSTOMERS car. I went back to look at the damages and asked how long it would take to get it fixed. Ivan in the service department laughed at me and said about 2 weeks. This happened April 8th and it is now May 2nd and I STILL DO NOT have my car back. Save yourself the trouble. More

Bad customer service I took my car for service. That day I purchased the plan for 300 dollars, which I'm doing monthly payments on but paid that day like 56 dollars. My ad I took my car for service. My advisor told me that my car was going to be ready after midday (took my car 9am). Before leaving I asked what time was the latest for me to pick up my car they told me 6pm that was the time they closed, when I got the call to pick up my car I asked again and told me 6pm. When I went to pick up my car it was closed. To top it off the receptionist at the main entrance of the dealer told me that my advisor didnt leave my car key, She tried to contact him but couldn't get a hold of him. After 40 min she tells me that the reason why she couldn't give me my car was because I had a balance due (not true); I told her I had paid and had my receipt with me. Showed it to her and took a copy. After she give me my receipt and and the key to my car, that showed me that they lied to me saying the advisor didnt leave my key when they did have my key. I was upset, because I pay for my service and wouldn't want to give me my car back. Bad experience. More
