Took Rav 4 in for 20,000 mi check on 11/2. Car ready in 2 hrs & A’s soon as I put it in gear I heard rattling & car felt wobbly. Drove into street, came into lot, checked tires for flat & drove length of fr hrs & A’s soon as I put it in gear I heard rattling & car felt wobbly. Drove into street, came into lot, checked tires for flat & drove length of front lot. Ultimately car was checked out & i’m Told a lug nut loose DON’t BELIEVE IT Was a SINGLE LOOSE LUG NUT. Wheel could have come off & I could have incurred a serious injury. Service not acceptable More
