I did quite a bit of on line research and shopping for I did quite a bit of on line research and shopping for our Venza. In comparison to the other contacts I made, Toyota of Runnemede and Dan Palmieri fa I did quite a bit of on line research and shopping for our Venza. In comparison to the other contacts I made, Toyota of Runnemede and Dan Palmieri far outshined the others with Shore Toyota being an absolute nightmare. Dan gave me a reasonable price right off the bat. Shore Toyota would not budge off MSRP. Dan didn't try and make me purchase a car off the lot as Shore Toyota attempted to do. When I told Dan of a color preference, it was no problem unlike Shore Toyota where they produced all kinds of production charts to try and convince me that colors aside from what they had on the lot would be rare and near impossible to get. I would, without hesitation, recommend both Dan and the dealership to anyone looking for the best price and an honest, high quality, stress free car buying experience. More

I have purchased 9 Toyota's in the past 12 years, from Corollas to Highlanders. 7 of the 9 were from Toyota of Turnersville. Almost 2 years ago when I wanted to replace my 2006 RAV4 with a 2009 RAV4 Turne Corollas to Highlanders. 7 of the 9 were from Toyota of Turnersville. Almost 2 years ago when I wanted to replace my 2006 RAV4 with a 2009 RAV4 Turnersville made the experience very stressful. A friend recommended Runnemede and I'm glad they did. Not only did I purchase the 2009 RAV4 there but a few months later I purchased a 2010 Highlander. They found the car I wanted, in the color I wanted in the price range I needed to be. Jeff Mekal made the pick up experience quick and friendly. I hear from Jeff frequently and he'll be the first person I call when the lease on the RAV4 is coming to an end. More

My experience with Toyota of Runnemde has been ongoing since 2002. During the past 9 years 3 cars were purchased from the same salesperson (Dave Pulliam) and overseen by the General Manager (Bob Ferri). since 2002. All the other people that work there are pleasant and my visits to the service department are just as enjoyable an experience, not to forget the donuts and coffee that are available all the time. Jeff was also very knowledgeable when explaining the major aspects of my car. As far as servicing my car goes, I have only had one so far, but I can tell you I was in and out in no time. Every staff member I have come in contact with at Toyota of Runnemede was very professional. The staff really made me feel comfortable with the purchase, finance and service process of my car. I had intended to come to the dealership to get service done to my 2007 RAV 4 which I haven't been happy with for personal reasons and I was looking in the showroom at a 2010 Matrix and fell in love with i done to my 2007 RAV 4 which I haven't been happy with for personal reasons and I was looking in the showroom at a 2010 Matrix and fell in love with it. Bill helped us purchase the new Matrix and say good bye to the RAV 4 with ease. We had our 3 yr. old daughter with us and he also helped keep her entertained during the buying process. I gave a (good) rating for price because I would have liked to got the Matrix a little cheaper and was told that because they were discontinued it would be hard to find the color I really wanted and that I would get a better deal if I took the one they had instead. When I looked up the MSRP when I got home I saw that it was considerably lower than what I payed. Bill and the service staff were fantastic. Everyone at the dealership usually is. I say usually because this is not the first car purchase I have made through this dealership. I've never had a problem talking to anyone and I have ALWAYS been greeted with smiles and friendly hand shakes. I recommend to all my friends and family who tell me that they are looking for a new/used vehicle to contact this dealership. More
