My Toyota Solara was leased through Jim Harvey and due to terminate. Due to my prior experience with Toyota and Jim Harvey I had no problem going back to th dealership and jim Harvey for a new lease. Greg made a great 1st impression for this dealership. He greeted us in the lot with a smile and introductory handshake. When we told him we were looking for an Avalon, he told us they only had a 2011, no 20 greeted us in the lot with a smile and introductory handshake. When we told him we were looking for an Avalon, he told us they only had a 2011, no 2012 models. The car was on the showroom floor; Greg allowed us to look at and sit in the the Avalon without pressure. When we indicated this was just what we were looking for he arranged to have it driven outside and let us take it on a test drive while someone else appraised my trade-in. Throughout this process Greg was personable and helpful, explaining each step, but never too pushy. When we returned to pick up the car about 90 minutes later, he had all of the paperwork ready, the car ready and made appropriate introductions to the gentleman who completed that process. Unfortunately the floor mats were missing to this car. However Greg assured us he would he would order a set. Someone from the dealership drove them to our house about 5 days later. Overall we were very pleased with Toyota of Runnemde. I should note that we had shopped for a car at at least 6 other dealerships (not only Toyota) in the South Jersey area so I had many comparisons to make. More
5th time Toyota owner !! After being turned away by the 5th time Toyota owner !! After being turned away by the stiff and stuffy staff of Toyota-Turnersville because they said they could not do ANYTHING fo 5th time Toyota owner !! After being turned away by the stiff and stuffy staff of Toyota-Turnersville because they said they could not do ANYTHING for me ( NON-negotiable), I contacted Toyota of Runnemede and dealt with John Anderson and Jim Harvey. They made me feel at ease, were very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable. THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND to make the deal work for me and within 2 days I had my new 4WD V6 Highlander in my driveway...... The same car that Toyota of Turnersville said was an impossibility. They were the aspirin to my car buying experience. THANK YOU TOYOTA of RUNNEMEDE , YOU GUYS ROCK! More

Offered price for trade in, site unseen, no problem. Told them about online price, they honored it but lowered trade in value when i brought the car in, which was never mentioned. I was hoping to get a better deal due to the higher miliage on a 2010 Camry, close to 50,000. By the time i was done, i didn't know to feel good about the purchase or i was railroaded in my confusion. More
Buying a new car was very easy. John was courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. The price was better than a competitor. I only wanted to get prices to think about, but ended up buying a new Prius. I took my 2010 corolla in for an oil change at 24000 miles and they told me that I needed front brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Also they told me I needed rear brakes adjusted and a 4 wheel align miles and they told me that I needed front brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Also they told me I needed rear brakes adjusted and a 4 wheel alignment. The total estimate was over $800.00. They told me my brakes were so bad that I couldn't wait till my next oil change. I bought the brakes from their parts department and took them to charlies auto repair to have them installed for half the price. When I got there Charlie told me my brakes still had 50% left and my tires were not wearing and my car drove straight so I didn't need an alignment. When I returned the pads to Toyota of Runnemede the parts guy said, "that sounds like our service department".I would not take my car there for service.They will try to sell you things that you do not need. More

We had negotiated a price for my trade-in and had all of our paperwork signed, my credit report run, and the new car was sitting outside for us to take home. The salesman (Jeff) had come back to us saying something was wrong and the price we negotiated (which was on the paperwork) they could not honor. We asked them why and they started to get very irate and practically pushed us out the door. They don't treat people with dignity. They never told us what was wrong, but I believe they screwed up somewhere and did not want to own up to their mistake. We had come there on four separate occasions to get the car/price right so I was very upset and angry for wasting our time and energy. On top of that they offered no apologies. They even took the plates off of my trade-in and told us to go home without putting the plates back onto our car. I will warn anyone who reads this that they are a low-class establishment full of snake oil salesmen and they don't care about you as a person. DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA of RUNNEMEDE!!!!!!!! I will never deal with those people again and nor should you. More
My wife and I had stopped by Toyota of Runnemede on a Friday afternoon to test drive the Sienna. We had done our research and had narrowed our search to the Sienna or the Honda Odyssey. Driving both was the next step and the Sienna was up first. Keith greeted us promptly and was able to answer all of our questions. He was friendly, knowledgeable and we were very comfortable with him. He had only been at the dealership for a week, but you would not have known. After talking to Keith and driving the car, we were sold. The negotiation process went well and we finalized the deal that night. We are thrilled with the vehicle and the process. More
