I was a little tough on him and the general sales manager Mike Kapelus came over introduce himself then proceeded to do EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER to put us in the vehicle we wanted. Truthfully a couple of times I was hard headed but we broke each other down and guess what. We stuck a deal!!!!
