I have been leasing cars for 25 years. And purchasing for 15 years for my business. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a gm. My 13 year old daughter and I spent 3 hours waiting for th 15 years for my business. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life by a gm. My 13 year old daughter and I spent 3 hours waiting for the contract. All other papers were signed , they even linked my phone, added the vehicle to my insurance and then said the monthly payment would be 100 more a month. My salesman just walked away. And said it wasn't his decision. My time is precious to me. Especially with the current covid situation. I am disheartened by every aspect of what my daughter witnessed as far as how a company treats a human being. The manager was confrontational and derogatory. And noone there helped us while we were being yelled at about not getting our way. I'm not a child who didn't get my way. I'm a customer who was happily waiting for a contract to be written on an agreed on price & 2 hrs later the price changed. It's 3:30 in the morning and I am still in disbelief , I'm sure everyone at the dealership has forgotten all about the woman and her daughter. Not one person there, and there were at least 5 other salespeople in there came to our aid. Where is the kindness in this world. It's not at that dealership. I hope noone ever had to feel this way. I'm exhausted, I'm angry that I exposed my daughter to that atmosphere. And I'm disappointed that I initially felt it was decent dealership. And I'm sure there are good people working there. But when your 52 and you have the worst experience of your life! You write the first negative review you've ever written as well. More
