Hello my name is Jacqueline and I had the worst two days of my life going to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River New Jersey. Last Thursday night I went home and I checked my credit karma account and it told me of my life going to Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River New Jersey. Last Thursday night I went home and I checked my credit karma account and it told me to try filling this application online. I was very scared to fill it out because of everything I went though the last two days. I asked my wife what do you think I should do?... She stated it can’t hurt so do it she replied. So I went alone and filled out the application and within the half an hour a gentleman called me and left me a voicemail. The gentleman’s name was Dmitriy Kichin and he stated that he can get me a used vehicle and he wanted me to call him back right away. I was so scared of the outcome so I gave him a call right back he was such a gentleman he asked me questions I gave him answers I even told him my two day experience a Cadillac and how scared I was that was not ready to be denied again. Dmitriy made promises to me so I gave him the trust come Friday I was approved for a 2018 Toyota CHR I never thought I would on a second vehicle. Dmitriy promised me that I was going to leave with vehicle. So all all I have to say is Toyota in Runnemede New Jersey is the place to go because they Promise me a vehicle and the outcome is true Dmitriy Kichin never broke his promise and thank you so much so if you need a vehicle today you must go they will help you in anyway possible and believe me he will be walking out with a new vehicle thank you so much did you go to the Toyota family. Louis the car salesman was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was looking into and wasn't pushy. He didn't try to force the sale. He allowed me to actually get a feel for my future investment. Also, the finance manager (I think his name is Brian) was well prepared and knowledgeable. From the moment I stepped onto the premise to the moment I received the temporary registration/insurance card, I felt very welcomed and comfortable with the transaction occurring. Purchasing the vehicle through Louis has been a wonderful, authentic experience that one would tend to attribute to that of speaking with your most trusted neighbor. More
