I used to love this dealership as they were very easy and understanding to work with on the purchase of my first car. However, I went to trade up to a tacoma and they had me stand around for almost 2 hours w understanding to work with on the purchase of my first car. However, I went to trade up to a tacoma and they had me stand around for almost 2 hours waiting to talk numbers. And when I came time to talk numbers they would not work with my budget. They told me I would have to pay $745 a month for a tacoma. That is BMW, Audi, Cadillac, and higher end Acura numbers. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention this price was given to me after they offered me $21,500 for my trade in. So where was that $21,500 going? It surely wasn’t going towards the new truck if they still wanted me to pay $745 a month. Not to mention I also qualified for Toyota loyalty, college graduate and I have a credit score in the mid 700’s. It was a waste of my Saturday and I will never buy or lease from this dealership again. I will be getting a Ford when it comes time for my next purchase. For the prices they were asking I can get a full size pick up from Ford, chevy or dodge. They have lost my business for good. The salesmen were also very cocky. My original salesmen, Lonso was very down to earth and easy to work with, you could tell he cares about his customers and not a paycheck. They should have kept him and or people like him. I know management won’t do anything about this, being that I work in the industry myself, but it was worth my time writing this, as they wasted enough of my time on Saturday. More
