I bought A 2021 Rav in June 2021 and the drivers side seat clips are damaged and Runnemede service told me it was because of me getting in and out of the vehicle, and told me it would eventually happen t seat clips are damaged and Runnemede service told me it was because of me getting in and out of the vehicle, and told me it would eventually happen to the passenger side seat. Ridiculous, it’s brand new. None of the managers are respectful and there is absolutely zero customer service in Runnemede. I would Never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
