Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t even give this 1 star if I could. I don’t know where to start. First they told me price of used vehicle which was $7k more than what they advertised, so the this 1 star if I could. I don’t know where to start. First they told me price of used vehicle which was $7k more than what they advertised, so the salesman goes back to the manager and they corrected price and added on xx fees, like accessories charges ??? It’s a used vehicle, the price is the price !!! So they finally took that away. They then low ball you on trade in which is what I expected, but, finally agreed on $8K for that. By the time I was ushered to the finance guy where you are pushing buttons to sign all the paperwork, I realized when I got home they scammed me and only gave me $5,500 for trade-in. Been calling multiple times and they keep saying we will call you back and make things right, but, they don’t. Tired of getting the run around. It’s been 2.5 weeks and no resolution. They scammed me for $2500. BUYER BEWARE !!! How do you like that Melvin? Rory? Scammers! Toyota of Runnemede giving you the runaround! Good job guys! More

This is the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and would never recommend anyone to use this dealership. I called two weeks ago after seeing a 4 runner online that I wanted to purchase from them and would never recommend anyone to use this dealership. I called two weeks ago after seeing a 4 runner online that I wanted to purchase from them and trade in my current 4 runner. I explained to the woman I spoke to that my husband was a mechanic for Toyota for 15 years so I just wanted to have him come with me to look at the car. She set up an appointment for me the following Saturday. On Thursday I decided to call and check it through car was still there, to which the same woman explained that she was so sorry, she was going to call but the car was out on demo with their sales manager and they couldn't get it back in time for me to go look at it. (Needless to say, I had to call and check, they never called me and I was going to drive over an hour and half to go look at a car that wasn't going to be there...) So she said she'd call back when she had more details for when the car was going to return to the dealership. I got a call the next day and we set up an appt for the following Friday. On Monday I got a call from a new sales person trying to set up an appointment. I explained I already had one and I wanted to buy the car as long as everything was mechanically ok, I would still be there Friday to purchase the vehicle and trade in my car. On Tuesday I got a call that they sold the car.... So a week ago I was already supposed to be at the dealership with my original appointment to purchase the car. After speaking to four different people explaining that I wanted to buy the car and would be in, they sold the car... Horrible horrible communication within this company, no care for their customers at all. I would never recommend going here to buy a car!!! More
They sold me this vehicle and at the end of the process they handed me only one key. Promised to reproduce second key fob within a week and then they did not answer my calls for the next three months. I co they handed me only one key. Got my second key fob. So if you have problem catch them by their BBB's. More

I was a victim of what appeared to be "bate and switch" in mid-February. I had made arrangements to drive an hour from home to test drive and purchase a Camry Hybrid LE from this dealership. I confirmed t in mid-February. I had made arrangements to drive an hour from home to test drive and purchase a Camry Hybrid LE from this dealership. I confirmed twice over the phone using the VIN that the vehicle was in fact on the lot. In addition, the website confirmed this as well. When I arrived the salesman drove up a different car for me to test drive. Not only was it the wrong color, it was an SE, not an LE. His respsonse was, "Oh, really? Well test drive this one, they all drive the same!" I insisted that he bring out the LE and lo and behold, after an hour it could not be located. In the meantime, he tried to sell me a Prius, a Camry that wasn't Hybrid or a Camry SE. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. When I left, the manager made some excuse about the car being there the day before and he even saw someone test drive it, but there were a lot of sales that day and employees had to stay at the dealership very late... perhaps the car was sold and just not documented yet. When I got home and looked it up on the website again, they had changed its status to "may be in the build phase." Don't bother with them. I found just what I wanted at a dealership in Philadelphia with more features and at a much better price! More
