Toyota of Rockwall - Service Center

Went in for a normal maintenance and wanted a brake flush and a state inspection. I authorized both since they were up front of the cost of both. Time to pay and the cost was about $100 more since the quoted and a state inspection. I authorized both since they were up front of the cost of both. Time to pay and the cost was about $100 more since the quoted price on a brake flush apparently didn’t include labor. Surprise!! Also state inspection was never done. Not a fan of dealers. Always need to go back to remember why I hate going to dealers for work on my car. More

Great service center at Toyota of Rockwall. Service reps are professional and very helpful. Very clean dealership. People were very friendly and helpful. I was able to do my work remotely and my car was serviced quickly.
