After looking for several months,I found my dream car at the this dealership, but was told I could not test drive because they needed to fix something first. They said I could just buy it without test-driv the this dealership, but was told I could not test drive because they needed to fix something first. I filled out all the necessary paperwork on the car, had a co-signer fill out all the necessary paperwork and they said "don't worry we know how great it is when you finally find the car you want and we will make sure to call you as soon as it's ready to test-drive." "We want you to tell all your friends about your great experience with us" Instead they called me the NEXT DAY to tell me that they sold the car to someone else! I am NOT HAPPY with this dealership. I will not be back to purchase another car from them and I would not recommend it to anyone else. More

Everything went very well. My car was taken at the appointment time, service took about 2 hours. Everyone was very helpful and curteous. I bought my Toyoto Tundra in 2007. Having gone through the dealership changeover I am very happy with the transition that occcured. My go to person at Toyoto of Rock Hill is Holly Hinson and she has always been extremely helpful in working within my time frame to do my service.If you guys would step up and build a dually pickup truck I would buy one tomorrow. Do not go to this dealership as they do NOT honor their deals. Also, one of the sales staff was argumentative and insulting about another brand of car. We were promised 0% financing on a car IN WRITING b deals. Also, one of the sales staff was argumentative and insulting about another brand of car. We were promised 0% financing on a car IN WRITING but after the deal was done, we were told that we received "incentives" and no 0% was available. We were NEVER told we were being given any incentives. They are either imcompetent or dishonest. Called Toyota corporate and they were of NO help. Simply sent me back to the dealership to be told the same thing again. I bought a different car at a great price from a wonderful dealership. More
