My husband was persisitant about a new vehicle. He started shopping in November and was totally impressed with the Toytota and Jason N professionalism. Yes, we got a used 2008 Tacoma, but it looks brand new, and my husband thinks he now has a new baby... Jason really went out on the limb to please my husband, and T in Finance was super amazing and understanding. Offering the GAP insurance was a deal, and a true relief with a used vehicle. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Abrahm both were very friendly and patient with my family and I during our process of browsing and deciding to purchase in the wee hours of the night. There was no pressure nor overly excited behavior that says "I'm going to get you sucker". I appreciated this experience because it made me feel at home and comfortable to spend my money. I have visited other dealerships that was the totally opposite of Rock Hill Toyota and it disgusted me. Oh how refreshing it was to enter into an establishment where the customer was truly put first. Tom never offered a pressured sales environment, always followed up with a call or email and always chose the "high road", honest approach.
