I went by when I had time and met Felix and he got my car appraised right then and made me an offer that I had hoped to receive but expected some haggling back and forth. I know RH Toyota would deal with me because I have now purchased two personal cars from them and this is the third Camry Hybrid I have purchased as a Church owned vehicle. Felix was friendly, knew his trade well and the overall experience was great. I felt we got a very good deal on our trade and on the new car price. Purchase of a new Avalon My husband and I took our Camry to a North Carolina Toyota for maintenance. We noticed the dealership was advertising incentives; we inquire about the Camry's and Avalon's. We have owned only Toyota cars over the past 25 years. However, after talking with multiple people and salesmen, we couldn't find the car we were interested in purchasing. We visited the dealership three times and was unable to complete a deal, that we were comfortable enough to sign the dotted line. It was lengthy negotiations and every car had different features. At one point, we consider checking other dealerships other than Toyota. First, we contacted other Toyota dealerships, to check if they had the models, colors and features we wanted. We drove to South Carolina and met Bill Patterson, he was professional, efficient and we never felt pressured. We are educated buyers and know what we are looking to purchase. He knew exactly what we were looking for and how to seal the deal with my husband. We love the new car and thanks to Bill we will stay with Toyota. I would highly recommend asking for him. It was worth the drive to Rock Hill Toyota !! More

At Toyota of Rock Hill we dealt with Bill Patterson until the payment stage. We prefer that procedure. More

They ACTUALLY Listened to me! I drove from Mooresville to the dealership because they had the car I wanted, got me pre-approved BEFORE driving there AND gave me the monthly cost fo I drove from Mooresville to the dealership because they had the car I wanted, got me pre-approved BEFORE driving there AND gave me the monthly cost for just the car, without all of the extras. I had asked for the same thing 3 times at Toyota of North Charlotte and they would not give me a barebones price until adding 2% to my finance rate for not purchasing any of the extras. The rate I received from Toyota of Rock Hill was 3% less than what North Charlotte was going to charge me too! FAST, FRIENDLY and WORTH THE DRIVE! More

I would go back for a 3rd car I bought a new Toyota in 2011 from Kelsey Cash. I had been to a few dealers in the area. No one was taking me seriously. I thought I would try Toyo I bought a new Toyota in 2011 from Kelsey Cash. I had been to a few dealers in the area. No one was taking me seriously. I thought I would try Toyota too since I had not yet entered their lot. I met Kelsey Cash, and this was finally when I felt someone was listening and taking me at my word and treating me like a valued customer. I bought a new Toyota that day. Fastforward to 2014, I returned and contacted Kelsey Cash again. Why not return to where I had received respectful and excellent service? He was there to again provide the excellent service. Again, listening, working hard to find a good fit for my purposes and my budget. He did not hassle me in any way and simply was there to facilitate and accommodate as best he could. The 2nd experience was even better than the 1st experience. I highly recommend this dealer. The finance person, Terrence (didn't get last name) also was excellent in every way and the paperwork was a painless procedure. Thank you Terrence. These 2 Toyota employees are the reason people will go back. More

Jodi promised us that it wouldn't happen and two weeks later I began receiving letter after letter of financing companies. Them "shot gunning" out my score is an understatement. I received over 20 different companies in the mail and two months later my credit score has dropped over 100 points.Not on any medical bills, or missed car payments that I could be at fault for. It was simply because my credit score was being tapped into so many times. My bank warned me of this before we went. Which is why we asked ourselves for him not to shotgun it out. I understand that this is definitely a risk when purchasing a car and some banks can finance for cheaper than others, but it is misleading when you are told something and expect that "something" to happen and then it's not carried through. I love my car and I wouldn't trade it for anything, but the emails got out of hand asking for a review, the phone calls and everything. These guys make extra $$$ based on the reviews they receive, and even though I was satisfied inside the dealership, when I got home and had to worry about my future because of my credit score, and so on, I was not pleased. Honesty up front would have been appreciated. More
