I took my car in for a repair under a customer support program. I was told that program didn’t exist and that was a lie. They then proceeded to try to charge me $850. I called another dealership and they program. I was told that program didn’t exist and that was a lie. They then proceeded to try to charge me $850. I called another dealership and they are doing the repair for free under the program. Beware as they will lie and cheat you out of money. More

What’s the point in an appointment? We were at the dealership at 745 am to drop off our car for an oil change. Run errands, come back around 12 to check on it and nothing. Go home and wait some more and at 3 we check again since there had been no communication and finally it was being looked at. Wait some more with no communication and then get a call at 4 asking if we were going to pick our car up they were closing. Go to the dealer and voice our concern and not even a sorry, just excuses. No updated texts or calls were sent the entire time they had our car and all they said was they would check their system. Multiple times we have done our business here and honestly haven’t felt like a valued customer any time. Came in for an early appointment and was one of the last cars to be seen. So if you want your car taken care of don’t drop it off or you will be last. More
