I have a 2010 Lexus IS 250 that I have been bringing to Toyota for oil changes since I purchased the car and they have never been more than $70 and this oil change was $109. They no longer give specials or Toyota for oil changes since I purchased the car and they have never been more than $70 and this oil change was $109. They no longer give specials or discounts for Lexus yet I'm sure they use the same products that they do for Toyota's and of course they brought me a list of recommended services that totaled in the thousands one being spark plugs for over $700 which is outrageous and also said I needed control arms bushing for the rear priced over $1,200 and I had that checked out by a certified mechanic who said nothing was wrong with the control arms bushing yet I was told by Toyota that I needed to get that fixed soon. Clearly I can no longer trust Toyota and paying over $100 for an oil change is over priced in my opinion when they use the same oil that they do for Toyota's, needless to say I will not be bringing my car there again. More

The service department is terrible about staying within the time they tell you it will take to service your vehicle. The salesman AC told me to bring a car I bought on Monday back on Friday for a safety c the time they tell you it will take to service your vehicle. The salesman AC told me to bring a car I bought on Monday back on Friday for a safety check that would only take 20 minutes. An hour and a half later I got my car, this was after I went to the service department twice asking what was taking so long. They told me to have a seat and they would get AC, the salesman. There is no excuse for this type service especially when you were quoted 20 minutes. They need to treat their customers with respect and stay on track with service time, there was never an update or apology. I had originally asked AC if I needed an appointment and he said no just bring the car to me. I didn’t feel like I was treated fairly by the service department or maybe it was the salesman’s fault considering I had just purchased a car. Either way changes need to be made to ensure customers do not have to wait longer for maintenance than expected. More
