Service greeter didn’t seem very friendly but technician who serviced the car was very nice and respectful. (I’m 85). Spent two hours waiting for just an oil change and battery replacement. Ugh too long. More

I cannot find your name in our database with the name provided here; We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding “suggested repairs” on your vehicle. In most cases, our Technicians take a video so that should’ve shown the battery leaking and we do not make it a habit to recommend services that aren’t needed. Maintenances like transmission services are based on time / mileage and are in the owners manual as suggested by the manufacturer. What you feel might be necessary or unnecessary can differ from what the trained technician SAW and owner’s manual recommends but that is your prerogative to make decisions based on your own preferences. We stand behind the reputation of our technicians and dealership – we appreciate your business but honestly if you are so distrusting of recommendations it is probably better you service your vehicle elsewhere in the future. We apologize for any confusion and we are going to look into this. I don’t remember every customer I talk to (since you refenced speaking to the GM – which is me) so while I don’t remember our specific conversation, we do a complete inspection of our vehicles and spend a lot of time and money reconditioning them. We’d like to do more research on the situation at hand, and somebody will reach out to you to discuss. I will point out that we always give a list of “suggested maintenances” which is EVERYTHING somebody could have done – that doesn’t mean that the vehicle is in critical need (and that’s listed on the maintenance / repair menu). I’m wondering if that is causing some confusion about this point. At the present time we need to get more information but we appreciate your business and we will be in touch.
