One of the worst experiences I have had doing routine maintenance. I was there for 2 hrs. Didn't receive my discount, was not kept informed on the status, was not told that they planned to keep my car ti maintenance. I was there for 2 hrs. Didn't receive my discount, was not kept informed on the status, was not told that they planned to keep my car till 6.( Even after I told them I had to be at work at 4) My appointment was for 1:45. The employee helping me was rude. I will not be doing business here again. Very disappointed. I've always had very good experience with the Toyota family until this visit. More
Have dealt with Toyata dealorship in FL which was ultimately shut down by state for unethical business practice.
