Best car buying experience EVER!!! Debbie found the car I wanted and arranged for the vehicle to be transfered the next day. I drove 2 hours to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the work environ wanted and arranged for the vehicle to be transfered the next day. I drove 2 hours to the dealership and was pleasantly surprised at the work environment; no stress, fun and professional. I was in and out of the dealership in less than two hours and that was just because someone was in front of us for financing. Debbie went through the entire car and how everything worked to include the blue tooth feature. I drove off the lot and had no buyer remorse whatsoever and I actually told a co-worker that I would go back tomorrow and do it again. It really was that enjoyable. The dealership is getting a new facility and it will be a first class facility for sure. Hats off to the Toyota of Rockhill team for making me the happiest Camry driver on the road. More

So, its not quite like the the guy who said...".....I liked it so much that I bought the company!", but lightening did strike TWICE! After buying a new 4 Runner for my son, my wife really liked the vehicle. She liked it so much that I bought her one too. Being the skeptical guy that I am, I shopped a second time. And, the results were the same. At the end of the day, a lot of chrome and glass, coupled with high pressure sales and the option for a nail salon would have cost me thousands more....for the same car. The experience with Rock Hill Toyota was terrific. New GM Jack Brennan is reinventing this dealership and he's making a difference. I see a change in just the 90 days between my purchases. The weird thing is that I've been conditioned over the years that buying a car is a horrible experience. Just the "shopping experience" reinforced that for me over the last six months. However, the team at Toyota of Rock Hill was 180 degrees different. I was treated with respect. I wasn't pressured. I was priced fairly. And, everyone took time to greet me and make sure I was happy. It didn't matter what "unhappy" looked like, they were committed to fix it. They wanted to earn my business rather than make me feel like I owed THEM for their investment in a huge dealership building. The big building and an elevator to the cars may be important to some people. But, for me, business is still about people doing business with people. From the first moment I engaged Toyota of Rock Hill on the first vehicle, until the time I drove away with the second vehicle, they were regular people out to grow their business the old fashioned way---by taking care of me, the customer. I can't say enough positive about this team. If I were in the market for another car, I'd buy it from them again. Like the advertisements say...."shop and decide". Atta boy Jack and team! More
This was a wonderful experience. Morgan was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really worked hardto get the deal I could afford. I paid $14 for a Consumer's Report special pricing list for a 2011 Highlander Hybrid LTD with navigation and was given this dealership as a participant in that program. Internet sales are arranged by John who is I later found out is actually located in Massachusetts. He led me to believe that he was at the dealership in Rock Hill, SC. He made an appointment for me with Jose at 10:15am on Saturday morning. I was told that there were 3 models on the lot for the above specs. He told me the exterior colors and got back to me with the interior colors. I asked for Jose's direct contact number. On Saturday I was running late so I called Jose but the person answering the voice mail was not Jose. I then called the general dealership number and they said that the cell phones had been switched recently and that Jose was not supposed to be there until 11am. Fortunately that was the time I expected to arrive. When I got there I was met by Greg who said he would go get Jose. After waiting a while & chatting Jose didn't come so Greg said he'd take me out to see the cars on the lot. After driving around the lot several times we could not find the year,model, package combination that I wanted. He suggested I drive one of the models they had which was a 2010 but I wanted to drive the exact model that I wanted to buy. When we went back in Jose finally came over and we met. They couldn't tell why the 3 models I was told were in stock weren't. Although everyone was nice I felt that the whole experience was very unprofessional and unorganized. More
