Everything went very well. My car was taken at the appointment time, service took about 2 hours. Everyone was very helpful and curteous. I bought my Toyoto Tundra in 2007. Having gone through the dealership changeover I am very happy with the transition that occcured. Some promises were made through the original dealership by the Sales Man the dealership changeover I am very happy with the transition that occcured. Some promises were made through the original dealership by the Sales Manager that were above and beyond the new dealerships perview.Al Shifferd was most accomidating and Mike Reidy made it happen. My go to person at Toyoto of Rock Hill is Holly Hinson and she has always been extremely helpful in working within my time frame to do my service.If you guys would step up and build a dually pickup truck I would buy one tomorrow. Do not go to this dealership as they do NOT honor their deals. Also, one of the sales staff was argumentative and insulting about another brand of car. We were promised 0% financing on a car IN WRITING b deals. Also, one of the sales staff was argumentative and insulting about another brand of car. We were promised 0% financing on a car IN WRITING but after the deal was done, we were told that we received "incentives" and no 0% was available. We were NEVER told we were being given any incentives. They are either imcompetent or dishonest. Called Toyota corporate and they were of NO help. Simply sent me back to the dealership to be told the same thing again. I bought a different car at a great price from a wonderful dealership. More

Greg was very straight forward, friendly, and sincere, general manager, and all I had contact were were very nice and made me feel at home and appreciated. I got a good price on a great car. My 2010 Corolla needed a 5,000 mile service. I made an appointment and everything went as scheduled. The service was performed fast, quickly and the cost was right too.
