Went to the parts department to get a battery replaced on my car key, it didn’t work. Tried to sell me a new key for $541 with programming. I declined and went to Auto Zone which send me to a place that repa my car key, it didn’t work. Tried to sell me a new key for $541 with programming. Replaced it with a new one and it worked. Eventually the dealer parts department carry outdated batteries even though they are in a package. More

I'm disappointed with this dealership. Even after making an appointment, I still had to wait 4-5 hours on a Saturday to get my service done. On top of that, I’m frustrated that a brand new vehicle had no freon, so the AC didn’t blow cold air. Why couldn’t the dealership provide a rental car instead of making me wait for hours? It would also be nice if they offered complimentary snacks and drinks instead of charging customers for them. More

The dealership is good with service. I would however say I am disappointed as this is the only Toyota dealership that does not offer the customers while they wait any refreshments. We have dealt with dealerships in Ohio, Florida, North and South Carolina. Weather it was pastries, popcorn, sodas etc. you did not have to spend your dime at the vending machine. In Florida you even had the option of pedicures or manicures! I watched the owner bring in breakfast sandwiches for the employees. There was only coffee for customers. They might want to step up a notch for customers! More

I travel for work and broke down in a nearby town. I was able to have my vehicle towed to their location and diagnosed within a couple of hours. I was sent a video of the issues and the estimate. The customer service advocate, Tim Evans, was exceptional. He reassured me that I would be taken care of and helped me with the paperwork for financing. I was able to pick my vehicle up within 24 hrs. I would definitely use them in the future. More
