This service experience was very poor. I was at my appointment early and waited by my car and no one came so I went inside and a guy told me to go back out to my car. Then someone finally comes out and he says we close at 4… my appointment was at 245 so if time an oil change then was an issue why did they let me schedule for that time. Then got my car after 4pm anyways. When I arrived back at the dealership at 330 no one even looked up from their stations when I walked in emit I was they only patron in this area at the time. More
