I was way over charged for my service and had to wait 2 hrs for an oil change. I was charged a package that I did not verbally agree to. Apparently i paid for them to “inspect my floor mats”. Salespeople were fine and helpful. They didn’t have the best idea of how to help me pay electronically which was annoying because they tried to have me come out to the dealership 45 mi They didn’t have the best idea of how to help me pay electronically which was annoying because they tried to have me come out to the dealership 45 mins away when this electronic payment was available the entire time. Luckily someone in finance had the sense to i form me about this but not until after I had made a trip to the finance department after work to try to pay with an insurance that apparently they couldn’t cash. I would say training needs to be done around electronic payment and i forming customers explicitly when their credit will be run. More

I didn’t like how my purchase went I was very rushed along with being rushed through the finance department. And it took forever. He was delivering a car and nobody knew what needed to be done today. I took my car in for service Ryan my service tech contact was really good in accommodating the only thing is the process of getting just a plain oil change is just about is painful is purchasing a new car. The service was great, but I don’t know why there’s so many steps to just getting an oil change. More
