Every time I go to this dealership, it’s a disorganized mess. I’m always told it’ll be an hour, and after 3 hours, I still hear nothing. I only ever get tire rotations and oil changes. Why is it taking nearly 4 hours to do all of that? On top of that, the service manager couldn’t get a hold of anyone working on my car on the phone. I had to tell the service manager to get off his chair, and physically check where my advisor was. I will not be going back to this dealership. It’s always a nightmare. More

My son bought a car on a Saturday and on Monday we brought the issues to the dealership about thier unfair tactics used to sell my son Ezekiel his ca My son bought a car on a Saturday and on Monday we brought the issues to the dealership about thier unfair tactics used to sell my son Ezekiel his car. He was a new buyer and they took advantage of him. The sales man Curtis Goodwine sold my son a Resistall 360 package $879, technology maintenance package $1500, maintenance package $775 and floor mats $425.00. They also would not allow him to choose his on financial company to purchase the car claiming they dont do business with Founders Credit Union on new cars. The sales people knew he was a new buyer and took advantage of him with all these extra fees. When my son emailed and asked Curtis to remove the charges for the extra services he referred us to Tristan Saythany, who told us this was thier policy and he could not remove any of the fees except the maintenance and technology packages but then told us we could bring the car back and void the contacts. We returned the car and spoke with Matthew Haley the sales manager who basically lied too. He said Tristan told his a lie and that we couldn't return the car and that he could remove everything but Resistall 360. He said thier policy is if you purchase a car from Toyota of Rock Hill Resistall 360 is a non- negotiating purchase that comes with the car along with floor mats at the buyers expense. 1) a customer should not be forced to use Toyota's financial company. 2) Customers should not be forced to buy thier Resistall 360 to purchase a car and floor mats 3) a customer should be allowed to immediately remove service and maintain packages from the agreement and not have to wait until thier 1st car payment to remove. BUYERS be WARNED this place is not looking out for the best interest of thier customers is about making money. Selling you whatever at the highest cost for commissions. We will never do business with them again although they agreed to issue check for the $425 for the floor mats and said they will be removing the technoloy maintenance and service maintenance package from the agreement after his 1st payment. After being asked verbally and in writing to remove the maintenance and technology packages immediately they wouldn't because they wanted to receive thier commission payments. This should be against the law and we will be seeking legal counsel and we have filed a complaint with the FTC. More
