This was a wonderful experience. Morgan was so knowledgeable and friendly. She really worked hardto get the deal I could afford. I paid $14 for a Consumer's Report special pricing list for a 2011 Highlander Hybrid LTD with navigation and was given this dealership as a participant in that program. Internet sales are arranged by John who is I later found out is actually located in Massachusetts. He led me to believe that he was at the dealership in Rock Hill, SC. He made an appointment for me with Jose at 10:15am on Saturday morning. I was told that there were 3 models on the lot for the above specs. He told me the exterior colors and got back to me with the interior colors. I asked for Jose's direct contact number. On Saturday I was running late so I called Jose but the person answering the voice mail was not Jose. I then called the general dealership number and they said that the cell phones had been switched recently and that Jose was not supposed to be there until 11am. Fortunately that was the time I expected to arrive. When I got there I was met by Greg who said he would go get Jose. After waiting a while & chatting Jose didn't come so Greg said he'd take me out to see the cars on the lot. After driving around the lot several times we could not find the year,model, package combination that I wanted. He suggested I drive one of the models they had which was a 2010 but I wanted to drive the exact model that I wanted to buy. When we went back in Jose finally came over and we met. They couldn't tell why the 3 models I was told were in stock weren't. Although everyone was nice I felt that the whole experience was very unprofessional and unorganized. More

This was by far the best new car buying experience that I have ever had. I will recommend this dealership and sales representative. I had done my homework with regard to pricing and options. I told the sales rep what I wanted and what my budget was. She not only met my expectations but exceeded them in terms of the options desired and the price of the vehicle. In addition, I did not have spend an entire day at the dealership once the deal was made. I was out in less than an hour. Unbelievable! More
This dealership is under new ownership and it SHOWS!! My wife and I just bought a brand new minivan from them and it was the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. Everybody was very friendly and had very positive attitudes. We did not get the feeling that we were being pressured at all (which is the case with most dealerships). Our salesperson, Debbie, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient (we had our 2 month old baby with us). My wife had to feed the baby a couple of times and she was kind enough to find us a private room. I was very impressed by her ability to address all of our questions and concerns. And, the great customer service did not stop at Debbie. Jose, the sales manager, was extremely nice and it was a pleasure to work with him as well. When we went in the 2nd day, he remembered little things about our first visit which made us feel welcome and not just "another number". The business manager, Ken, was also very friendly and very professional. And, to top it all off, we got a great deal on our minivan! They did such an amazing job right off the bat, that we did not need to "shop around". It was nice because we really didn't have the time to be running around looking for the best deal and customer service. We are so lucky that we decided to go here first! Toyota of Rock Hill has really set the standard high in my opinion. They have changed my traditional "view" on dealerships. I will definitely be bringing my business back to them. We could not be happier than we are with the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of Ken and the rest of the staff at Toyota of Rock Hill (SC). Though it is a 90-minute drive, the effort pai professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of Ken and the rest of the staff at Toyota of Rock Hill (SC). Though it is a 90-minute drive, the effort paid off with a great deal, and the personal commitment to caring is something that money can't buy. Ken even freely loaned us the use of his iPhone to tie up some loose ends. As members of USAA, we were able to find this outstanding dealer and subsequently our beautiful new Toyota Prius on the internet. More
I will say that this was the place to buy a vehicle.
