I was happy with their internet sales manager and my sales rep. They got me the car I wanted pretty quickly. I am not at all happy with the fact that we paid the full sticker price, yet the factory inst sales rep. They got me the car I wanted pretty quickly. I am not at all happy with the fact that we paid the full sticker price, yet the factory installed Toyota floor mats were taken out of the car. I am not a fan of rubber all weather mats. This seams like a shady tactic. Just so they can resell the mats that I already paid for. To spend over 50k on a new car, but not get Toyota mats that were in the car from the factory seams cheap.
