We are very sorry about your experience. Please note that in dealerships the “appointment time” is a “appointment for write up” because dealerships, much like electricians, plumbers, and the cable company don’t know how long it will actually take to fix a vehicle until they get into the job. Sometimes the vehicle will get taken right into the shop and other times it has to wait (based on staffing, who is best tech to work on a vehicle as they have different skill levels, etc.) to be brought in. Regardless, we apologize that your vehicle sat for so long before being looked at – we couldn’t tell which customer you are (to get more specific information as to who worked on vehicle and what might have delayed the process) based on the handle provided.
