In mid-April 2024, while driving our 2022 Sienna on a 10,000-mile road trip throughout United States, we were standard while on our way to Death Valley. Something was draining our battery. With no phone coverage in the area with our provider, we eventually found someone with a working phone and got a tow truck, who boosted our van and followed them back to the Ridgecrest Toyota dealer. The dealer was quite busy, but Dory was able and eager to see what they could do so we could get back on the road. Seeing that I had been through a similar battery issue in December past, I knew we might be there for a day or two. But, by the end of the day, we were all fixed up and the components that were draining the battery were identified. We want to say thanks to Toyota Ridgecrest, especially Dory, Paul and the mechanic for fitting us into their very busy schedule knowing that we were just passing through.
