I didn't have to wait to,be checked in, and after I was, David Walc, my service agent, ag The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I didn't have to wait to,be checked in, and after I was, David Walc, my service agent, again went above and beyond to apprise me of the work to be done and the expected wait time. He offered to give me a shuttle ride anywhere within a 10 mile radius should I need anything while my car was being serviced. Later in the day, he came to give me a status update and tell me about the remaining work and the expected completion time. He was spot on. It took 7 hours to complete the work, but the wait was made pleasant by the outstanding service I received. Why do I keep coming back to Toyota Richardson Service I trust their expertise and servicing my car. I have come back as maintenance is needed or if there is a breakdown through the years. I trust no other I trust their expertise and servicing my car. I have come back as maintenance is needed or if there is a breakdown through the years. I trust no other service in Richardson, TX. They are honest and forthright. The service is always superior and the explanations and costs on my car maintenance or breakdown is beyond my expectations. I have been coming to this service center for more than 15 years and I can say I have never been disappointed. The time element in waiting does not make me irritable because I work in a place where instruments have to be serviced by educated and experienced field service engineers and time, cost, and parts are a part of life. If others think this place is slow and time consuming, they are unrealistic about quality this place exudes. I will always have my car(s) serviced by this great place! Always! More
