I have purchased three Toyotas at TOR over the past 15 years and had each car serviced there. He is an honest, loyal, straight shooter who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in providing great service for me and recently assisting me in purchasing another terrific Toyota. I have used Toyota of Richardson's service department for all of my car's regular maintenance and repairs since 2005. Mr. Chapman has always been my service advisor and has always taken very good care of me all of my car's regular maintenance and repairs since 2005. I called Mr. Bryan early in the morning to get my side panel buffed and side mirror replaced. It was a hit and run so I was incredibly upset. Matt was so helpful, calm, and VERY understanding. I purchased my Toyota Tocoma base model at TOR in 2007. It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411, It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411,000 miles (yes, 411,000) on it. How do you get that many miles on a truck, without it ever breaking down on the road....EASY, just do ALL of your maintenance by the book, even after it is out of warranty. I like the fact that they always use OEM parts, have qualified Toyota techs, and mucho experience when it comes to Toyotas. I am now looking forward to hitting the HALF MILLION MILE mark later this year. This is why I will always come back to Toyota of Richardson for all of my service, and will be back for my next purchase. More

I am someone who has used the same "Mom and Pop" repair place for most of my life. Unfortunately, a move across the Metroplex made that small shop a good 60 miles away and clearly not a conveni Pop" repair place for most of my life. After a few less-than-stellar incidents with some chain repair places, I decided to go to Toyota of Richardson. Wow- I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. And their prices were quite competitive with other repair places (I checked!). And Scott, the service adviser I dealt with, is such a pleasure to deal with. Their service (at least that which I have had done) has been fast and well priced, and they open early and stay open late, which is a huge plus for those of us who work long -and often irregular- hours. All in all, I would give Toyota of Richardson an A+++! More
