Excellent Customer Service...Very Good work and Very quick ... I went to fix a factory Recall, Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Basic Inspection. I switched from Toyota of Plano to Toyota of Richardson because of Randy George. Randy was my 1st service writer back in 2001 at Toyota of Plano. When he left I was given DK who has since moved to a dealer because of Randy George. Randy was my 1st service writer back in 2001 at Toyota of Plano. When he left I was given DK who has since moved to a dealer in McKinney. Randy has always made me feel welcome and my service was completed in the time stated. Toyota of Richardson is a very friendly dealership and I would recommend this to dealer to my friends and family. More
I brought my Rav4 in for a brake job. It was my second time in for this issue. I was hearing terrible squealing and clunking sounds. After the first time, I was told nothing was wrong with my RAV4. I was told that some SUV's make this noise when it brakes. Really? That stinks! Then I had my father in law take a look. He used to be a technician. He diagnosed the problem and said that I needed a brake job. I took the car back to have the brake job. When I first arrived, at 10:30, I was told that a diagnostic would have to run to determine if indeed I needed a brake job. At 11:30, I went to see the Associate. He had left for lunch at 11:15 and his handwritten sign on his desk indicated that he wouldn't return until 12:15. Sigh. I was then approached my another associate who researched my car and said it would be another 15 minutes. Really? Finally, at 12:00 (an hour and a half after I initially arrived) I was told absolutely nothing was wrong with my car. I was told that the technician had even driven my car and couldn't hear the noises that I was hearing...maybe it was just how I was driving. Trusting my father in law I said please change the brakes anyway or let me drive with the technician. The technician also said maybe it was how I drove. Really? Well, my husband, father in law, and a brother had all driven the car heaing the noise. I took the technician out and within seconds I was able to reproduce the sounds. He then said that my brakes were at a 4 and there was glazing on the rutters. Gee I suppose my father in law was correct. That was yesterday. I heard absolutely no terrible noises while braking today. Ahhhh..... More
From the moment I drove up to get my Rav 4 serviced, Randy was right there with a smile on his face greeting me. He explained what would need to be done, when the expected finish time would be, and tha Randy was right there with a smile on his face greeting me. He explained what would need to be done, when the expected finish time would be, and that he would call me as I was leaving the car. Sure enough, much earlier than I expected, his friendly voice was at the other end of the phone saying it was all done, what the price was, and was there anything else he could do for me. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful! And I have found the Service Department at this dealership to be this way everytime I'm there for my routine servicing. More
The only item was the TV station selection. THEN I found out why, oh my. Next time I'll be bringing my laptop. The service was great. I did ask about a very unusual problem with the left front headlight. out why, oh my. Next time I'll be bringing my laptop. The service was great. I did ask about a very unusual problem with the left front headlight. It was cracked. Not from any damage I was aware of. These were numerous with 2 to 3 cm between them. If this had been damage there would have been noticeable damage between the cracks. I showed them this and they came to the same conclusion. It was replaced under my warranty. That's all More
Love Toyota Service. The employees go out of their way to listen to you and provide the service you request. They call you back when they say they will, and do a good job on actually fixing/maintaining y to listen to you and provide the service you request.
