Charged for services admittedly not performed, rushed out before we could do anything about it. When we went back to dispute the charge, the customer service rep. woman treated us horribly and attempted to before we could do anything about it. When we went back to dispute the charge, the customer service rep. woman treated us horribly and attempted to strong-arm us out of seeking resolution. A week later, after calling Toyota's 800 number and then having the customer service rep. call to intimidate us into withdrawing that complaint, they finally decided to refund me.<br><br>I will do all I can to persuade others to go to another dealer.<br><br>Worst customer service, ever. They don't care about their customers, nor do they care about retaining any of their business. They have defrauded many people that I know of, and I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. More
