I purchased my Toyota Tocoma base model at TOR in 2007. It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411, It was new when I purchsed it, and I have not been anywhere else to get my truck serviced, and that is saying something, considering that I have 411,000 miles (yes, 411,000) on it. How do you get that many miles on a truck, without it ever breaking down on the road....EASY, just do ALL of your maintenance by the book, even after it is out of warranty. I like the fact that they always use OEM parts, have qualified Toyota techs, and mucho experience when it comes to Toyotas. I am now looking forward to hitting the HALF MILLION MILE mark later this year. This is why I will always come back to Toyota of Richardson for all of my service, and will be back for my next purchase. More

I am someone who has used the same "Mom and Pop" repair place for most of my life. Unfortunately, a move across the Metroplex made that small shop a good 60 miles away and clearly not a conveni Pop" repair place for most of my life. Unfortunately, a move across the Metroplex made that small shop a good 60 miles away and clearly not a convenient choice. After a few less-than-stellar incidents with some chain repair places, I decided to go to Toyota of Richardson. Wow- I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. And their prices were quite competitive with other repair places (I checked!). And Scott, the service adviser I dealt with, is such a pleasure to deal with. Their service (at least that which I have had done) has been fast and well priced, and they open early and stay open late, which is a huge plus for those of us who work long -and often irregular- hours. All in all, I would give Toyota of Richardson an A+++! More

I'be been a Toyota customer for over 5 years now, and while most service advisors are nice & knowledgeable, none of them comes close to Jeremiah Chapman. Recently, I took my car for service for a "win while most service advisors are nice & knowledgeable, none of them comes close to Jeremiah Chapman. Recently, I took my car for service for a "wind noise" and to remove some glue that was on the door frame left by Spencer's teamingn the driver side, the first service advisor (Spencer) who I attempted to resolve the issue, left my car with more problems than before and returned my car dirty and with the same issues I has before. Out of frustration,.I contacted the GM at the dealership, who refer me to the service manager, when arriving I could not locate the service manager, but lucky for me I had the chance of meeting Jeremi, he listened to my concerns and quickly took noticed of what the issue was and what was causing it. I left my car day and picked it up next day, now my car is running and looks like it has just been out of the factory, so if you ever have any service issues, contact him, and I'm confident, he will take care of it! More
